The making and the giving-out are different products. Whether thirty students actually opened it is a question answered somewhere else, or not at all.

One sentence becomes an MP4 with a spoken track, in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1, with subtitles burned in or as a separate .srt.

Records your own system can read
Learning records use xAPI, the standard your record store already speaks. Import a package, keep the records in the SQL store included here, or send them to the learning record store your organisation already runs.
Apps sharing one database
A booking client, a webhook and a nightly job can sit on one base, each with its own contract, named columns, expiry and revocation mode.
Where ChatGPT is the better choice
For open ended thinking, ChatGPT is better than anything here, and many teachers should keep one. A head of year reading a long inspection report, arguing with the draft response, then writing the letter home is better served by a chat window with ChatGPT's strongest model than by any tool in this product. The same holds for staff who work all day in Excel and PowerPoint and want a workbook read, changed and handed back. Nothing in LearningFlow replaces that, and we would not ask you to drop it.

Before they decide.
Can we run both?
Yes, and many schools do. Keep ChatGPT for reading, drafting and arguing back, and use LearningFlow for the tools staff and students share. A custom GPT is rebuilt here as a flow, either from the gallery of 59 tools or on the canvas. LearningFlow needs no subscription, so you can start on credits alone and leave the ChatGPT seats where they are.
A teacher leaves in July. What happens to what they made?
In ChatGPT, their Projects and custom GPTs are reassigned to a workspace owner. Their conversations, files and canvas documents are not, and OpenAI's own note says these are not visible to the workspace owner before deletion under the retention policy. In LearningFlow, the organisation is stamped on an object when it is created and never moves, so removing a member deletes the membership row, not the work. An admin can also list org library tools whose owner has left and give them to someone else.
Can an administrator turn one feature off for one group?
On ChatGPT Enterprise, Edu, ChatGPT for Teachers and Healthcare, yes. Custom roles set each permission to Default, On or Off, and apply to individuals or to SCIM synced groups. On ChatGPT Business, no: OpenAI's pricing table marks role based access controls as not included. LearningFlow switches seven capabilities per member, in two layers, where a role grants the key and the member then opts in. The assignment-creator capability requires flow-creator.
What does it cost to start?
ChatGPT Business Standard is $20 per user per month billed annually, or $25 billed monthly, with a two seat minimum and a 2 to 200 employee cap. Above 200 you move to Enterprise, which publishes no price. LearningFlow sells credits rather than seats, with personal, organisation and enterprise wallets kept separate, so a teacher's free monthly grant never pays for the school's work.
Can our own systems call it?
ChatGPT's API is a separate product on separate billing, so an API key is not part of a seat. In LearningFlow every flow has an address: POST /task/:taskId with an x-api-key, with optional SSE streaming and per-key credit top-up and usage reporting. Published apps also accept signed webhooks and cron schedules.
