Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services offered by LearningFlow.ai (“Platform”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services in any manner, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service.
Business: Refers to AMDON Consulting Pte Ltd (Singapore), the legal entity managing LearningFlow.ai.
Platform: Referred to as “the Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement, is LearningFlow.ai.
Service: The services provided by LearningFlow.ai, including but not limited to digital learning and training platforms.
You: Refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
By using our Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from using the services under applicable laws.
Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account.
Single Account Use: You may not use a username that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
Certain services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as per your selected plan:
You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including but not limited to the software, design, architecture, tools, pre-built nodes, algorithms, user interfaces, and all related intellectual property (collectively, the “Platform IP”), are the exclusive property of Amdon. The Platform IP is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform IP, and you may not use the Platform IP for any purposes other than as expressly permitted by these terms.
While using the platform, you may create content, workflows, or logic flows by connecting the nodes and tools provided by Amdon (“User-Generated Content”). You retain ownership of the original content you create, such as text, images, or other media you upload to the platform. However, you acknowledge and agree that the underlying structure, logic, and methodology of connecting nodes, programming flows, and utilizing generative AI features (the “Flow Programming Methodology”) are proprietary to Amdon.
Due to the inherent limitations and technical constraints of the platform’s flow programming system, there may be similarities in workflows, logic structures, or outputs created by different users or by Amdon itself. You agree that Amdon may develop, release, or commercialize products, applications, or services that are similar to or derived from workflows or logic structures created by users, including those similar to your User-Generated Content. You further agree that such similarity does not constitute a violation of your intellectual property rights, and you waive any claims against Amdon for copyright infringement, misappropriation, or other intellectual property claims arising from such similarities.
You acknowledge that the methods of constructing workflows, logic flows, and other outputs using the platform’s tools are not unique to any individual user and that multiple users may independently create similar or identical workflows, logic structures, or outputs. You agree that Amdon retains the right to use and commercialize any such workflows or logic flows, even if they are similar or identical to those you have created, and you waive any claims of exclusivity or infringement based on such similarities.
You agree not to use the Service for:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. Note that certain obligations and provisions set forth in these Terms survive termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearningFlow.ai, its affiliates, or its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided at least 30 days prior to the new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted that Amdon retains all intellectual property rights in the platform and its underlying methodologies, and that you have no claim against Amdon for any similarities between your User-Generated Content and any content or products developed by Amdon or other users.
