Absolutely, you are welcome to register as an individual user even though LearningFlow.ai is also available for schools and organizations to join. If your school decides to subscribe, we’re pleased to offer you a prorated refund for any payments you’ve made as an individual subscriber. To ensure a smooth process, please register using your school email address and inform us of your situation. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.

At LearningFlow.ai, our free platform users are allocated a monthly credit allowance based on standard usage. These credits are reset at the beginning of each month, and users will receive notifications as they approach their usage limits. Individual and Enterprise account holders enjoy the benefit of unlimited standard usage, under the provision that the service is utilized by one person per account. Usage that suggests account sharing or other exceptional cases may result in limitations being applied.

For services that fall outside the scope of standard usage, such as our image-to-text conversion tool, both free and paid subscribers have the option to access these features on a pay-per-use basis. This ensures that all users pay only for the specific services they require.

There will be continual learning resources (certification courses, curated reading materials, and etc) to equip teachers with everything they need to utilize LearningFLow.ai to its full potential, harnessing the power of generative AI for teachers to create engaging and tailored educational content to support teachers in the classroom. Continual learning resources to guide teachers to navigate the platform, master the art of prompting for more relevant outputs, and gain a deeper understanding of how AI works. Whether you are new to the platform or an avid user, everyone will learn something new.

Free Users: 2 credit meters will be available; one to tracks the standard usage and another to track the non-standard usage. The credit balanced that tracking the standard usage will be reset at the end of every month. For non-standard tracking, the meter will display the remaining balance of credits. When credits are purchased, it will be updated in the non-standard usage credit meter. Users will receive a reminder to replenish their non-standard usage credit account once it reaches the pre-set threshold for top-up.

Paid Users: This meter tracks all non-standard usage and displays the remaining balance of credits. When credits are purchased, it will be updated in the credit meter. Users will receive a reminder to replenish their credit account once it reaches the pre-set threshold for top-up.
